Poppins Book Nook March Introduction

Good morning everyone- I hope you are all keeping warm and dry if you are in New Zealand!

I am really excited to announce that I am one of the co-hosts for the 2014-2015 term of Poppins Book Nook. This is a great monthly themed virtual book club for kids and I am thrilled to be a part of it.


As well as me sharing my ideas, there are a few things that my readers can look forward to. During the first week of each month, there will be an introduction post over at Enchanted Homeschooling Mom where a new free printable bookmark and lapbook additions will be shared. There are great resources for you to use with your children. If you are unsure what a lapbook is, check out this great tutorial.

On the last Monday of each month each co-host will present a book and something fun related to that book.
The age range will also be selected by the participant bloggers, so you can choose which activities and books will suit your needs.

If you’re interested in joining this month’s Poppin Nook Book club, here’s what you need to do…
  • Comment below and let us know that you are joining in!
  • Pick your favorite Where in the World book (or a new one you want to check out) and read it with your child or class.
  • Create an activity, project, craft, cooking project, etc. related to the book and do it.
  • Come back and share it with us as part of a big Where in the World blog hop on Monday, March 31st! The linky will be live for 3 weeks, so if you aren't ready to post on the 31st… just join in when you can!
